Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Gracewell ("Gracewell," "the App"), provided by Rich Code Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Important: Gracewell provides spiritual formation tools, Scripture-rooted reflection, and prayer support. It is not a pastor, therapist, crisis service, emergency service, or substitute for professional care.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Gracewell. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

2. License and Acceptable Use

Gracewell is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and any applicable Apple platform rules.

You agree to use Gracewell only for lawful purposes.
You are responsible for the content you create or share in the App, including journal entries, prayers, and shared reflections.
You agree not to interfere with the App's operation or attempt to access it using unauthorized means.
You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.

3. Guide and Spiritual Content

Gracewell may offer guided spiritual reflection, prayer prompts, journaling support, and related spiritual content. These features are intended to support reflection and practice, not to provide pastoral rulings, therapy, or emergency help.

Do not rely on Gracewell in emergencies or crisis situations.
If you believe you may be in danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services immediately.
For medical, mental health, legal, or other professional decisions, consult a qualified professional.

4. Together Features and Shared Content

Gracewell may include optional shared features for invited partners or trusted people. If you use Together, you are responsible for what you choose to share and with whom you share it.

Shared reflections, shared prayers, and other Together content may become visible to the person you invite or connect with.
Together features may depend on iCloud availability and Apple platform services.
You agree not to use Together to harass, threaten, abuse, or otherwise harm another person.

5. Subscriptions, Trials, and Payments

Gracewell may offer optional subscriptions, including free trials. Subscription terms are disclosed in the App and purchases are managed by Apple through StoreKit.

Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage/cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Trial conversion: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, as permitted by Apple's rules.
Pricing: Prices may vary by country or region and are shown in the App Store at the time of purchase.

6. Privacy

Your use of Gracewell is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Gracewell and all related content, trademarks, logos, design elements, and editorial materials are owned by Rich Code Studio or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Availability, Changes, and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Disclaimers

Gracewell is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rich Code Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

11. Apple Terms

Where required by Apple's platform rules, your use of Gracewell is also subject to any applicable Apple terms, platform rules, and end-user license terms for apps distributed through the App Store.
